Here at The Driving Genie, you won’t be just another instructor, a number…You’ll be a valued member of the team. We look to encourage our Instructors to be the best they can be, offering any further training they may want or need, including any help they want with their standards checks. As the Director, I feel it important to always have an open-door policy, so I am available when needed. At The Driving Genie, we offer continuing support, whether that may be supplying students, helping you with retention, diary management, whatever you may need, there is always someone here to help. I also feel it very important for the team to get to know each other. Being a Driving Instructor, can be quite an isolated job. So team get togethers are organised so we can all get to know each other, let our hair down, and make you feel like you’re a real part of the company you are putting your name to.
